OpenVPN 2.0.2 was released on August 25th and there is no ebuild :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to openvpn.sf.net

I think it is sufficient to rename the ebuild to openvpn-2.0.2.ebuild. Tried
this on one of my systems and it works for me.

Same (successfull) experience - just rename the ebuild, digest & emerge.
