Bug 103907 – emerge =media-sound/alsa-utils-1.0.9a-r1 doesn't create the alsasound initscript

Emerging the alsa-utils -package doesn't create the /etc/init.d/alsasound
initscript. /etc/conf.d/alsasound is created, though, as well as anything else. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile alsa as modules in kernel, reboot with new kernel
2.emerge =alsa-utils-1.0.9a-r1

Actual Results:  
There wasn't a initscript named alsasound in /etc/init.d/

Expected Results:  
Created the alsasound initscript.

Earlier version, media-sound/alsasound-1.0.9a works as expected.
