rpy update.

Last ebuild available is for 0.4.1, which has a bug. Just rename that ebuild to
0.4.3 and everything goes fine, with the new version.

With this update don't need more to resolve Bug 91704.

While we're at it, just change the ebuild name to rpy-0.4.6.ebuild instead and   
have access to the latest version :-) Not sure if it'll work with R-2.2 though,   
but that's not even in portage yet at the time of this writing.  
  
Could the reporter/owner/developer also please change the subject line of this 
bug to reflect this(0.4.6), don't think it's worth opening another bug. I don't 
have privileges to do that :-(
