a difference between pdksh-5.2.14-r3 and pdksh-5.2.14-r4 is 
that ksh is copied into /usr/bin instead of /bin.

attach the 5.2.14-r5 ebuild to fix the problem.

Simple change:
Add 
    into /
before 
    dobin ksh
in scr_install ection.
