I enhanced the existing multisync ebuild to allow the gnokii connector to be
built. I included the patch from bug #99199, so there are thre more use flags in
my version: "gnokii arts kdeenablefinal"

This patch fixes 3 things:
1. Adds the possibility to build the gnokii plugin
2. Adds arts an kdeeablefinal USE flags for building the kdepim plugin without
arts
3. Does not require the whole kdepim-meta package anymore, only kaddressbook
(or kdepim)

Forgot to mention: The gnokii plugin wants vformat headers installed, so it
depends on "libvformat", you can find the appropriate ebuild in bug #102224.
