It would be useful to have the Gentoo build of aiccu contain the patch which 
lets one choose one's own tic server rather instead of having to always rely on 
the hard-coded sixxs one. The patch in question is available on the net, it can 
be found at the URI I pasted into the "URL that demonstrates the problem" field.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run a standard build of aiccu
2. Apply the patch, add a "tic_server <server>" line to the config file
3. Run aiccu again
