emergeing sci-geosciences/gpsd-2.26 with USE="dbus" fails:

checking for dbus-1 >= 0.23.4 ... Requested 'dbus-1 >= 0.23.4' but version of
dbus is 0.23
configure: error: Library requirements (dbus-1 >= 0.23.4 ) not met; consider
adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a
nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.

Ebuild only has:

dbus? ( sys-apps/dbus )

not specific dbus version
