Emerging mono 1.1.8.3 or elfutils 0.108 results in this build error: 
/usr/share/aclocal/path_dps.m4:172: file `path_dps.m4' does not exist 
 
Reading path_dps.m4 on the line specified has some comments that would seem to 
indicate that the package maintainers for these two ebuilds need to make some 
minor modifications.
