Gaim 1.4.0-r2 compiles and runs fine. This is not to say the same for its
dependencies; I installed GTK+ manually and emerged with nodeps.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Installed GTK+ manually
2. Added ppc-macos keyword to ebuild
3. emerge --nodeps gaim

Actual Results:  
Signed on to AIM. Lacks audio capability because of unfulfilled dependencies.

Until the deps are keyworded, there's nothing we can do about this just yet. We cannot support installs 
with --nodeps or the like. By policy, all possible dependencies of a package must be unmasked before 
the package itself is unmasked.
