I mount my UT cd-rom and then type:
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge unreal-tournament (I'm using the stable branch...)
the setup begins, copies all files, applies the Ip patch and then on the "Would
you like to launch the game now? [Y/n] question it b0rks. I guess the ebuild
needs a "n" answer on that part.

do you have a UT cd or a GOTY UT cd ?

alright well ill try to track down someone who has the original UT cd to test 
this guy out ...

you were supposed to tell me that the final error message was this:

try out the new version in cvs, it worked for me

I get "only found 520" but there must be a problem with my cd so never mind.
I'll get GOTY cd from my brother in 3-4 days so I'll try that too.

520 works fine with my cd anyway...
