wget-1.8.2-ipv6-debian.patch.bz2

yeah, we know about this, unfortunately :( there seems to be a blockage between
our servers and ibiblio somewhere..  we're investigating this..

for now, I have put it on my own website at gentoo.org, so this should
temporarily solve the issues with this. meanwhile, we will get ibiblio mirroring
again, soon.
