The script does, however, miss the case where LANG=*UTF-8 (with a dash): # set | grep LANG LANG=en_DK.UTF-8 # /etc/init.d/mrtg start ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ERROR: Mrtg will most likely not work properly when the environment variable LANG is set to UTF-8. Please run mrtg in an environment where this is not the case.
