It coppies some files from disk 3 instead of asking for the ROE disk and copying the pak files from there. This can be manually fixed by copying all files from /mnt/cdrom/Setup/Data/d3xp/ and not /base/pak000.pk4 as listed in the ebuild. I read the FAQ page wrong... for some reason I transposed the d3xp/pak000.pk4 with base/pak000.pk4 in my head when reading it... anyway... it's fixed... I'll add a separate RoE ebuild once I get my copy
