Both of those packages are installed slotted so they don't disturb more recent versions which are usually already present. Question is: is it really necessary to depend on those specific versions? I successfuly compiled gtkhtml-sharp-1.0.4 with libgtkhtml-3.2.3 and gal-2.2.3. configure and compile don't seem to need a lower version.
