Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -Dva allegro
2. updatedb
3. locate exhello

Actual Results:  
Allegro&apos;s &quot;hello world&quot; example isn&apos;t found -- and searching for any of the
other examples doesn&apos;t result in any hits.

            <thetext>Another package related to allegro, media-libs/allegrogl doesn&apos;t install its examples either when emerged. 

I opened a separate bug report for allegrogl but since it&apos;s marked a duplicate, maybe you&apos;re working on both packages at once.</thetext>

            <thetext>Alright... I&apos;ve updated the ebuilds to install the docs when the doc USE flag is used.  Since this doesn&apos;t affect functionality, I&apos;m not bumping the revision.</thetext>
