            <thetext>To fix some bad QA stuff that I put in gpgme can the dev-lib/pth-1.4.1 acquire the ia64 and ppc64 keywords please.

Note only just added pth-2.0.2 so ~ keywords prefered for this version for the time being. Up to you though.

Test plan:

1.
there is a src_test routine that gets called with FEATURES=maketest

2.
remove dodgy ia64 &amp;&amp; ppc64 conditional dependancies on gpgme-1.0.1* and compile test that.</thetext>
