            <thetext>/net/af_unix.c is not the same in 2.6.9 as in 2.4.7 patch fails to compile complains that structure does not have member protinfo .. reverting patch allows 2.6.9-r2 to compile.

if this is a security issue then fix needs to be specific for 2.6.9 af_unix as structures are different ..</thetext>
