<thetext>When tls-qca is being emerged, it only installs the shared lib into the QT-directory but it does not copy the qca.h which is necessary for compiling other applications, like the jabber client PSI.

You can see that here:
>>> Install qca-tls-1.0 into /var/tmp/portage/qca-tls-1.0/image/ category app-crypt
cp -f "libqca-tls.so" "/var/tmp/portage/qca-tls-1.0/image//usr/qt/3/plugins/crypto/libqca-tls.so"
strip --strip-unneeded "/var/tmp/portage/qca-tls-1.0/image//usr/qt/3/plugins/crypto/libqca-tls.so"
man:
prepallstrip:
strip:
strip:
   usr/qt/3/plugins/crypto/libqca-tls.so
>>> Completed installing into /var/tmp/portage/qca-tls-1.0/image/

>>> Merging app-crypt/qca-tls-1.0 to /
--- /usr/
--- /usr/qt/
--- /usr/qt/3/
--- /usr/qt/3/plugins/
--- /usr/qt/3/plugins/crypto/
>>> /usr/qt/3/plugins/crypto/libqca-tls.so
--- /usr/share/
--- /usr/share/doc/
--- /usr/share/doc/qca-tls-1.0/
>>> /usr/share/doc/qca-tls-1.0/README.gz

When I download the tarball, configure && make && make install, then I get (prefix)/include/qca.h

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge tls-qca
2. try to find the header =)
