Ebuild for gmult 3.0

Only tested on amd64 there it works.</thetext>

<thetext>Daniel, I have two comments regarding the submitted ebuild:
- please clear out the Header field so it reads # $Header: $
- please do not remove x86 keywords; KEYWORDS="~x86 ~amd64"

Currently testing compile on x86, will then commit to CVS.</thetext>

            <thetext>Compile tested on x86.
The update will reach Gentoo users in about two hours.</thetext>

<thetext>1. Yes, not clearing out the header I did forget
2. Since I only have an amd64, thus only tested it on that, I figured I'll only keep the KEYWORDS I knew it worked on..</thetext>
