So info files aren't created and of course aren't installed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge semi 2. 3. Actual Results: There are no mime-ui-en.info or mime-ui-ja.info in /usr/share/info directory. Expected Results: There should be both info files there.
