<thetext>pykde has "<=kde-base/kdelibs-3.2.3" in its dependencies. This means that kdelibs-3.2.3-r1 cannot be used with pykde-3.11.1, even though it works perfectly. (This is similar to bug #59775, but with pykde instead of kdebindings). The solution is to change the dependency to "<=kde-base/kdelibs-3.2.3-r1".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kdelibs
2. emerge pykde
3.

Actual Results:
emerge asked to downgrade kdelibs to 3.2.3.

Expected Results:
Install pykde without requiring to downgrade kdelibs.</thetext>
