<thetext>The file kde-i18n-se-3.2.3.tar.bz2 (Northern Sami) is absent from all Gentoo Mirrors and from the official KDE FTP. Maybe this language is not part of the 3.2.3 release?

(By the way, I'm not interested in the kde-i18n-se package itself, but, as reported elsewhere, I can't seem to emerge kde-i18n without downloading all language packages, even though my LINGUAS variable is set. The "touch ebuild" tip did not work for me. Any pointer would be appreciated.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -f =kde-base/kde-i18n-3.2.3

Actual Results:
Emerge failed because it could not locate the file kde-i18n-se-3.2.3.tar.bz2 on
any mirror. (404: Not Found)

Expected Results:
Either skip kde-i18n-se-3.2.3.tar.bz2 if it is not part of the 3.2.3 release,
or download it and install it if it is.</thetext>
