<thetext>Stable ebuilds depend on webapp-config, any time I rsync and go see what's new in my world I get:

emerge -puDv world

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies /
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy ">=net-www/webapp-config-1.7" have been masked.
!!! possible candidates are:
- net-www/webapp-config-1.10-r3 (masked by: ~keyword)
- net-www/webapp-config-1.9-r2 (masked by: ~keyword)
- net-www/webapp-config-1.10-r2 (masked by: ~keyword)
!!! (dependency required by "net-www/horde-imp-3.2.4" [ebuild])

!!! Problem with ebuild net-www/horde-imp-3.2.4
!!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem.

!!! Depgraph creation failed.

Please mark one of the webapp-config versions as stable for amd64, it's causing problems with stable ebuilds that depend on it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
