It's same basic license as existing oracle-jdbc, and so the jdbc packages should use OTN. I'll talk to them later. These three packages (with oracle- prefixes) have been added to portage and masked in packages.mask. Unmask in your /etc/portage/packages.unmask and test away. Report back here and I'll open it up.
