<thetext>The ebuild for app-admin/ulogd-1.02 makes use of the mysql USE flag but fails to register mysql as a dependency when the mysql USE flag is set.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge unmerge mysql
2. USE="-* mysql" emerge ulogd

Actual Results:
ulogd builds without MySQL support.

Expected Results:
MySQL should have been merged as a dependency, and ulogd should have built
with MySQL support.
