            <thetext>updated in portage tree. Please rsync and re emerge then report results here so I can add the same logic for gradm2 and other ebuilds if needed.

I&apos;ve also added a check for gcc revisions and ssp as ssp is known 
to break when used with static linking in gcc-3.3.{1,2}-r[1-5]
