I know that kde-bluetooth is a young project but you already have gnome-bluetooth already inserted in the tree. and if you try kde-bluetooth you'll see that it has more features, more programs and it's growing fast!!! We release weekly cvs snapshot that you can find on http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~uddw/kdebluetooth/ but the better way to get it is the CVS repository.
