Dies with dependancy error. 

Expected Results:  
Lists the packages to upgrade, and upgardes when the --pretend flag is removed.</thetext>

            <thetext>This happens because the dependencies for gtkmm were not updated in the portage tree when gtkmm was moved from x11-libs to dev-cpp! Please update the dependencies urgently. </thetext>
