When I try to load a character from 2.1.0 I get "Savefile version 46 too old!" Would it be better to use a different slot for 2.2.x, so you can finish 2.1.x characters? Note that it is *not* save-game compatible with older versions of ToME. If this is a problem simply do not upgrade until finished with the current save games. There is a warning in the pkg_postinst about this so I will point people to this bug if they upgrade without paying attention to it.
