For this, a simple script hosted in infra would make it. 4- Some people proposed some kind of digital signature ... not sure if/how much this is worthy. And last but not less important, that the community like the cert design ... I guess I can just go straight and work in point 1 and 3 ... and the rest is up to the council and majority. One of these two groups should do the signing. Council has no relevance to this request so we're moving off it.
