Unfortunately, there is no dependency on either of these packages. Without one of those two pieces installed, docbook2txt won't work, breaking the build for fontconfig, which of course is needed by pretty much the whole X subsystem. This is of grave concern to w3m fans such as myself who wouldn't have thought to install either lynx or links. The recommended fix is to add a dependancy on lynx | links.
