It has been reported on the distutils mailing list (http://mail.python.org/pipermail/distutils-sig/2008-February/008820.html), which includes a patch that seems to work but has not been thoroughly tested. Not only that we do not speak about a stable keyworded ebuild, there isn't even a stable upstream 1.5 release of Subversion.
