            <thetext>I know this looks like an old bug but Sun have reorganised their web site *AGAIN* and now the link doesn&apos;t work. I&apos;ve searched on Suns site for a while and ended up going in circles. I&apos;ve sent them an email, maybe I&apos;ll get a reply, who knows. In the meantime I can&apos;t emerge netbeans.</thetext>

            <thetext>As stable is broken arches please mark 1.4 stable ASAP. jsr101 classes are now built from axis source tarball where I found them under the Apache-2.0 license.</thetext>
