The solution to that bug is to remove app-xemacs/xemacs-packages-sumo from the tree and replace it with the meta package xemacs-packages-all. In order to make this possible I would first like to ask for stabilization of the meta package and its dependencies on those arches that already have a stable xemacs-packages-sumo. Please note that all these packages are already included in the sumo package as well.
