<thetext>Hi there,

emelfm2 version 0.4.0 was released on 01.04.2008.

As far as I was watching the development this could probably fix the amd64 segfault trouble Samuli Suominen was encountering in this bugreport http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=200878, also by me - I'm going to close the old one too as soon as I finish writing this one).

@Samuli: If you read this, could you give it another try and possibly bump the ebuild to the new version?

Oh yes, the release tar package is labeled emelfm2-0.4.tar.gz, although the real version number is 0.4.0!

I have currently a version installed in /usr/local/bin (not using a modified ebuild) and it works on both x86 and amd64.

Greetings,
Tobias Jakobi</thetext>

I will.. since then I'm using a new amd64 system, so it if was something local causing the segfault, that should be long gone by now.
