<thetext>When subversion support is requested by means of the appropriate USE flag, it is not added as a dependency. Therefore, the configuration of kdevelop fails when subversion has not been manually installed already.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge kdevelop with no subversion installed
Actual Results:
configure: error: --enable-subversion was given, but test for subversion failed. Please install subversion headers and libraries and its dependencies (APR and APU utils)

Expected Results:
subversion auto-pullin</thetext>
