installs the manpage for dbmmanage, but not the script itself

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =apache-tools-2.2.6
2. man dbmmanage
3. dbmmanage

Actual Results:  
No dbmmanage is installed on my system

Expected Results:  
dbmmanage script should be available

I&apos;m not sure where the bug belongs to, I seem to recall the &quot;-&quot; being used/allowed/required on some unix variants a while ago. Assuming that Gentoo has only one version of ps, removing the &quot;-&quot; might make sense. Especially since the functionality was there, only accompanied by warnings.

Feel free to pass it along, if you think it should be. I don&apos;t know enough about apache workings to do this. I&apos;m happy that I managed to fix it on the Gentoo level :-)
