<thetext>Why e build for these packages that provide the same features and use conflicting files doesn't block each others?
I' got this error while emerging one of them.

* package net-misc/tightvnc-1.3.9 NOT merged
*
* Detected file collision(s):
*
*      /usr/bin/Xvnc
*      /usr/bin/vncviewer
*
* Searching all installed packages for file collisions...
*
* Press Ctrl-C to Stop
*
* net-misc/xf4vnc-4.3.0.104
*      /usr/bin/Xvnc
*      /usr/bin/vncviewer

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge xf4vnc
2.emerge tightvnc

            <thetext>Getting tired of this... can we finally get the blockers proper? This *still* collides with net-misc/vnc and if there's yet another implementation it definitely collides there as well.</thetext>
