<thetext>media-plugins/vdr-setup-0.3.1-r1 fails to build with this message:

* Patched VDR needed
* reemerge VDR with USE="setup"

Even though VDR is installed with this:

     Installed versions: 1.4.7-r8(21:38:26 07/12/07)(cmdsubmenu mainmenuhooks menuorg setup submenu subtitles timerinfo yaepg -cmdctrl -cutterlimit -cutterqueue -cuttime -ddepgentry -debug -dolbyinrec -dvbplayer -dvbsetup -dvdarchive -dvdchapjump -dvlfriendlyfnames -dvlrecscriptaddon -dvlvidprefer -graphtft -hardlinkcutter -iptv -jumpplay -liemikuutio -livebuffer -lnbshare -noepg -osdmaxitems -pinplugin -rotor -settime -sortrecords -sourcecaps -switchtimer -syncearly -timercmd -validinput -vanilla -wareagleicon)

The most likely reason is that the file /usr/include/vdr/submenu.h was not installed, even though the setup useflag was given (no, I don't have it on my system).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge vdr with mdsubmenu mainmenuhooks menuorg setup submenu subtitles timerinfo yaepg useflags, see vdr-setup fail.</thetext>

            <thetext>USE="menuorg setup submenu" ?

use _only_ one of this use-flag's
they all will manipulate the original VDR Menu and go in conflict together.

on next step , we will add a warn message in this case if more then one of this use-flags will be used.

also added the test to the vdr-1.5.13.ebuild ( overlay vdr-1.5 )
