            <thetext>kde-base/pykde stable on amd64 ppc ppc64 x86 does not want PyQt and sip in the version requested here.  dev-python/pykde (which is newer and not the one ripped from KDE) works with it, but is marked ~arch.  People having kde-base/pykde installed will see a up- and down-grade cycle.</thetext>
