<thetext>The Arpwatch 2.1.15-r4.ebuild mentions to run "emerge --config arpwatch",
after installation which does not work as the ebuild has no config function.

If you open /etc/conf.d/arpwatch you see the same wrong information.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge arpwatch
2. Watch elog information
3. emerge --config arpwatch

Actual Results:
"This ebuild does not have a config function."

Expected Results:
The ebuild should have a config function or the elog information should recommend to edit /etc/conf.d/arpwatch manually, if arpwatch shall be run as a
unprivileged user.</thetext>

            <thetext>
Additionaly there is a typo in /etc/conf.d/arpwatch where "/var/lib/arpwarch" should probably be "/var/lib/arpwatch".

[/etc/conf.d/arpwatch]

# Uncomment this line if you wish arpwatch to drop privileges.
# Don't forget to adjust permissions on /var/lib/arpwarch
#ARPUSER="arpwatch"</thetext>

            <thetext>Thank you for report, Richard.

Typo fixed. Everything else if fixed in net-analyzer/arpwatch-2.1.15-r5. I've made running as arpwatch users - default behaviour. Change is small, so I 'll as arch teams to stabilize it ASAP and punt out broken net-analyzer/arpwatch-2.1.15-r4.</thetext>
