I think fontconfig 2.2 will do something about this, since more people asked for it. It will be out anytime soon now. You can add them by adding <dir>/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi</dir> to your local.conf for now. Problem is that with disregarding some fontpaths we also disregard some possibly 'harmful' fonts which cause ugly fonts for users. Altough they look pretty bad here. As long as we can't exclude dirs, this should do.
