The versions of gwave in portage don't build anymore against guile-1.8. I had to take ~amd64 out of the arch list though, as guile-gnome-platform doesn't work on it yet. There seems to be a fix for this somewhere so all is not lost. I'll add ~amd64 to the list again once this is sorted out. I have also fixed the --as-needed issue instead of filtering it.
