There are currently only 2 active ebuilds in dev-perl/URI. Both are for URI-1.18, but URI-1.18 has been removed from CPAN in favor of new versions (1.22 & 1.23). Update procedure (change name of current ebuild : s/1.18-r1/1.23/ ) Have tested on local machine, works fine.
