It fixes at least one bug I saw (with code highlighting in case statements) in 22.0.97, so I think it should be keyworded. Only keyword that is still missing is ~sparc-fbsd for the unicode-2 branch (this is emacs-cvs-23.0.0-r7), but this doesn't pose any problems, and this version is hardmasked anyway. Therefore closing.
