Capistrano 1.4.1 is a bug fix release for 1.4.0 which has been in CVS for several weeks longer. Upstream has announced that the next version will be 2.0 with new functionality, so 1.4.1 is a good candidate to make stable. Only x86 already has a version stable, for all other arches this package has not yet been marked stable.
