<thetext>Capistrano 1.4.1 has been in CVS for over a month and has no open bugs. Capistrano 1.4.1 is a bug fix release for 1.4.0 which has been in CVS for several weeks longer. Upstream has announced that the next version will be 2.0 with new functionality, so 1.4.1 is a good candidate to make stable.

Only x86 already has a version stable, for all other arches this package has not yet been marked stable.

Note that the dependencies for capistrano are not yet stable on all arches:
dev-ruby/net-ssh-1.0.10
dev-ruby/net-sftp-1.1.0

Both have been in CVS for over a month as well and should be marked stable.</thetext>
