Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compile rhythmbox with USE=&quot;libnotify&quot;
2.Start Rhythmbox and tune &quot;Radio Paradise&quot; on. ( http://www.radioparadise.com/musiclinks/rp_128.m3u )
3.There we go.

Actual Results:  
It will show awry 9 seconds notification.

Expected Results:  
It should show notification if new song begin.</thetext>

May be. But Banshee can handle this stream and show notification _only_ on trackchange.</thetext>
