However xsp 1.1.37 insisted on installing mono 1.1.13.8.1. Emerge proceeded to unmerge mono 1.2.2.1 and installed mono 1.1.13.8.1. Subsequent emerges merged mono 1.2.2.1, unmerge mono 1.1.13.8.1 and vice verse... We know that the ubuntu folks (i think it was them) got davem to do the initial work, but none of us seem to be able to actually get it jiving on gentoo.
