I looked at the ebuild, and the "exif" use flag should be set by default (shouldn't it?), so that media-gfx/exiv2 that contains the missing header files would become a dependency. Anyway, the exif use flag is not set by default, but kphotoalbum seems to need those files. Either, there's a bug in the ebuild, or media-gfx/exiv2 (and media-libs/libkexif also?) should be added to be default denpendencies of kphotoalbum-3.0.
