I believe the problem is that I do not have GNOME installed, but just some libraries. Sorry, to many problems with changing ISP, my new ISP for some reason decided to block incoming connections. It seems that gnucash entries are not inserted into /etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/%gconf-tree*.xml files by gnucash-2.0.5 ebuild. The bug appears only if gnucash-2.0.5 is emerged first time (not upgraded from 2.0.1).
